Hello Pune

Or should I say "Goodbye Pune" - 3 very hard days of presentations, interactive workshops, calls, meetings, and general hearts and minds sessions with the team.

Despite cameras not being allowed some footage has appeared of the team hard at work.

Incident Flows

Just had a good session going through the Incident Flows. People feel much more comfortable in Pune now and so does Karen and co. #happier. Now to look at the others :)

Training and transition

We have worked hard over the last two days working through the training levels with the offshore teams and working through transition questions.

The fun starts

So having seen some road related fun on our way across from Mumbai - the excitement of what may lie ahead on the roads is making Gez and Darren reach for their mobiles to video the "fun"...

The little things...

Like all hotel rooms, this one is compact and bijoux with little touches to help you do your work. HB pencils were always a favourite of mine.

Flight

Great flight over. Treated really well by BA... well we were in business class thanks to our friends Accenture. :) Karen could not resist shopping in the sky... Phil introduced himself to his Business Class neighbour accidently by pressing the wrong button in his pod making things come crashing down around him...Darren sat next to me and sleeping like a a baby... and Pete, well he's just being a good boy. There is one other ... Mr Critchlow. Bless him, he's ended up back in premium economy :/

Food has been brilliant. BA really know how to entertain and the service was impeccable.
