Hello Pune

Or should I say "Goodbye Pune" - 3 very hard days of presentations, interactive workshops, calls, meetings, and general hearts and minds sessions with the team.

Despite cameras not being allowed some footage has appeared of the team hard at work.

Incident Flows

Just had a good session going through the Incident Flows. People feel much more comfortable in Pune now and so does Karen and co. #happier. Now to look at the others :)

Training and transition

We have worked hard over the last two days working through the training levels with the offshore teams and working through transition questions.

Road to somewhere...

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, its off to work we go.,,,,,,,  This is what 100,000+ IT people on one road. with one destination looks like.... Madness...
